I stayed in impeccable, spotless room with balcony, clean toilet, for instance. The breakfast served was amazing and tasty, everything you could wish for, with genuine homemade bread and cappuccino, as for instance. The staff were accommodating and the setting was great.

Throughout the day staff were amazingly nice. The room with comfortable beds. The breakfast had variety of food and it was amazing.

The hotel staff was not particularly helpful.

Location near to the beautiful, peaceful garden with large range of trees, and plants and birds enjoying the thoughtfully placed birdbaths and the center of Entebbe and a hillside with a wonderful view of Lake Victoria.

The location is great, especially for getting to and from the airport, and it's surrounded by lush greenery. The budget double room we stayed in had a fairly clean bathroom, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the complementary coffee and tea in the afternoon. the location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We also appreciated the complementary transportation to nearby attractions.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable, which led to a restless night's sleep. some of the staff members seemed disinterested in providing exceptional service.
